Next week is an important week at GFS/JWL:
Hearing and Vision Screening Monday-Wednesday
Tuesday, October 28th is our Parent Forum from 7:45-9:15 - Childcare will be provided
Wednesday, October 29th is Math Night from 5:00-6:30
And Friday, October 31st is a Spirit Day. An email went out this week to all families about expectations for this day.
Vision and Hearing Screening
On October 27-29, both JWL and GFS (except for 2nd grade) will be doing the state-mandated hearing and vision screenings. The Ledyard Lions Club will assist with vision screenings using the Welch Allyn Spot Vision Screener to help identify potential problems. Please send in the student's glasses or hearing devices with them on those days.
